Mentoring

Kidsgloves mentoring program is a designed to support a young person over the medium to long term (2 – 5 years). Mentors are vetted for suitability and offer their time to assist a young person whose career aspirations match those of the mentee. The Mentor and Mentee are both involved in the design of the program to help ensure its success.

Academic assistance
Industry and Academic experts are available to assist Kidsgloves students to help them achieve the best possible grades.

Career Guidance
Kidsgloves mentors also offer career advice to Kidsgloves students creating a networking resource second to none.

Recruitment
Kidsgloves graduates will have ideal qualifications and skills to make a contribution to almost any organisation; we will actively be trying to place our graduates at the end of their A Levels as well as at undergraduate level. Our placement rates are highly competitive.

Events
We offer a wide range of educational events based around our core values to inspire and motivate young people. These include company visits, fun sports days, school assemblies, extra-curricular activities and many more

Fundraising
Kidsgloves offer financial assistance to its young people to ensure they attend the best possible university to fully explore their talents. Long term we want to build a Post 16 College to further increase the chances of our young people being the best they can be (see vision). We organise fundraising events and experiences to raise money for this end.
